At Heavenly Medispa, we enhance this process by first guiding your brainwaves into deep relaxation using therapeutic sound frequencies and light-assisted entrainment before you enter the float tank.
This means you begin floating already in an optimal neurological state — the same state many people only reach near the end of a float session.

What to Expect During Your Float
Every float takes place in your own private and tranquil room featuring a state-of-the-art float pod filled with heated water and Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate), allowing effortless, full-body weightlessness. As you float, the body naturally enters a meditative state, easing stress, reducing muscle tension, and quieting the mind. Most first-time floaters begin to feel deeply relaxed and meditative within 15 minutes, experiencing tension melting away and a peaceful clarity emerging.​
The water is tested multiple times a day and filtered after every float. To maintain purity and comfort throughout your experience you will be asked to shower before and after your float session. A private shower is conveniently located beside the float pod, with towels provided. You will be showering before and after your float.

Before Floating Check List
- No hair day 4 days prior to your float
- No Keratin/chemical haor treatment 4 days prior to your float
- No recent shaving/waxing 2 days prior to your float
- No Spray Tan or spray tanning creams 2 days before your float
- Open cuts / wounds or skin irritation
- If you have your period - that's absolutely fine, please use a fresh tampon before entering the float pod.
- No microneedling or Bio-needling 10 days prior to your float
- Dizziness, mobility and balance issues - Not recommended to float for your own safety.

Our float tank uses a chlorine-free, multi-stage purification system designed to keep the water exceptionally clean, fresh, and skin-friendly. The water is carefully maintained throughout the day using a combination of filtration, UV sterilisation, and oxygen-based sanitisation. It is treated and balanced between every session to ensure a consistently high standard of hygiene.
This allows you to fully relax and enjoy your float knowing your environment is clean, safe, and professionally maintained.
