Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or full treatment fee, as this time has been reserved especially for you. At Heavenly Medispa, we value your time and strive to provide every client with the best possible care and experience. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for our next client. While we will always do our best to deliver a full experience, the full treatment fee still applies regardless of the reduced session time. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit or prepayment and may be required to prepay future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our therapists’ time and the experience of other guests.
