Will I feel claustrophobic?

Answer:  Our float pod is designed for comfort in mind and gives you full control over your experience. You can keep the LED lights on or off and choose to play music or sound bath/singing bowl immersion tacks through bluetooth if you prefer a more guided relaxation. Many clients find the experience deeply calming and often drift into a meditative state or even fall asleep.

Can I float after a Quantum Light and Sound Therapy session?

Answer:  Absolutely. Floating helps your brain and nervous system anchor the healing shifts for lasting calm and clarity.

  How is the water kept clean?

Answer:  After every float session, the water is filtered, sanitized, and treated using advanced systems to maintain a pristine, hygienic environment. Our float pod water is continuously monitored to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all guests.

Can I float if I’ve had a LysiWave treatment?

Answer:  Yes — it’s highly recommended. Floating supports detoxification and lymphatic flow to enhance body contouring results.

Can I fall asleep in the pod?

Answer:  Yes! Many clients do. With approximately 400kg of magnesium salts dissolved in the water, your body becomes naturally buoyant, allowing you to float effortlessly and feel completely supported - There is no need to "hold yourself up" which encourages the body and mind to fully relax.

FAQ – Quantum Light & Sound Therapy

What happens during a session?

Answer: During your Quantum light sound therapy session, you'll relax comfortably on a heated Infrared mat while specialised light and sound frequencies gently guide the brain and nervous system into deeply restorative states. Using advanced Audio Visual Entrainment (AVE) technology, with soft flashes of light and soothing audio tones through headphones, your brain is gently guided  into a targeted brainwave states designed to support relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing. Depending on the chosen program, sessions typically last between 15–50 minutes, allowing time for the mind and body to deeply relax, rest and recharge naturally.

Will I feel anything?

Answer: Most people report feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, or clear-headed after a session. Some experience vivid imagery, heightened intuition, or deep meditative states.

Can it help with trauma or emotional release?

Answer: Yes. Many clients use this therapy as a gentle support for PTSD, grief, or nervous system dysregulation, as it helps shift the body out of trauma states and into self-regulation.

Is it safe?

Answer: Yes, AVE is non-invasive and safe for most individuals. It simply mirrors natural brainwave frequencies using light and sound. However, it’s not recommended for people with light-triggered epilepsy or those with severe neurological disorders without prior medical advice.

How often should I do it?

Answer: That depends on your goals. For stress relief and improved sleep, 1–2 sessions a week may be ideal. For cognitive performance or deeper healing, more frequent sessions may be recommended as part of a package.

Is it like hypnosis?

Answer: Not quite. While some brainwave states used in hypnosis (like theta) are stimulated during therapy, you are always in control and aware. It simply supports your brain’s natural rhythms.
